OCHO Creative Group is led by Leif Oleson-Cormack and Nancy Ho, two experienced writers and performers who bring both artistic rigour and deep business fluency to corporate events. Together, they combine elite writing craft with practical organizational insight, ensuring the comedy resonates in context and not just on stage.
Nancy Ho
Nancy Ho brings rare business-world credibility to the stage. She holds an MBA and has completed executive education at Harvard Business School and The Wharton School, with a focus on strategy, talent management, negotiation, and persuasive leadership.Alongside her career as a professional comedian, actor, and host, Nancy has held senior executive leadership roles across Canada and the U.S., working with Fortune 500 companies to mid-market and entrepreneurial ventures. She understands how organizations operate because she has helped lead them.Nancy has performed at major festivals across Canada, including Just for Laughs Vancouver, South Rock Comedy Festival, and Nanaimo Fringe Festival. She has opened for Emma Willmann (The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, Comedy Central) and multiple Juno and Canadian Screen Award winners and nominees. She has also appeared in global campaigns for brands such as Microsoft, including a Super Bowl commercial and television appearances on NBC, CTV and Crave.
Leif Oleson-Cormack
Leif Oleson-Cormack holds an MFA and is a Juilliard-trained playwright and award-winning storyteller with extensive experience in live performance, narrative design, and bespoke writing for large audiences. His work spans theatre, stand-up, and custom event programming, with a focus on specificity, structure, and audience psychology. He brings a writer’s discipline and a dramaturg’s eye to every engagement.As a comedian, Leif has toured internationally with his solo work, including a sold-out run of The Disney Delusion at the Edinburgh Fringe, was nominated for the Just for Laughs Prize for Outstanding English Comedy at the Montreal Fringe, won the 2019 Calgary FunnyFest Comedy Competition, and has opened for international acts such as Alan Carr, Robby Hoffman, and Aparna Nancherla.
